is it missing a numeral from the phone number? sorry, i'm outside the US so maybe i'm just missing the joke
In the States we say "apartment" instead of "flat", and "to rent" instead of "to let".
also that phone number means nothing to us in the States :) By the way, the flat is still to let...the sign's been up for a good 6 months now :)
